Position:
Post-Production Producer / Coordinator (Full-Time, In Office)
Location: Buffalo, NY (Downtown in the Theatre District)
Salary Range: $65-$75k (Based on qualifications)

Who Are We?
Hello, we’re dPost!

A modern content company nestled in Downtown Buffalo (the city of good neighbors).

A tribe of dreamers, doers, and deadline conquerors, we believe that a fun atmosphere fuels creativity, and that ego is the arch-nemesis of collaboration.

We work in-office at our 17,000 Square-Foot production studio in the Theatre District, making video, web, animated + 3D content for brands that want their stuff to stick with audiences long after exposure.

And now, we’re looking to add to our tribe!

The Role:
We're searching high + low for a Post Production Producer / Coordinator who’s adept at spinning multiple creative plates while keeping a firm grip on calendarizing the chaos.

You're not just managing projects, you're choreographing a ballet of creativity + deadlines, acting as the key liaison between our creative team + clients who need amazing work.

*Bonus if you're a Level-10 charmer who makes clients feel like All-Stars!

The Fit:
This isn’t your first rodeo – 5+ years of experience is ideal, but it's really about being a pro. You must be comfortable stepping into an established team + being calm within the storm.

You’re no stranger to video / content production. If you know the difference between Premiere + After Effects + Blender, then you’ve already got a leg up on your competition.

If you can estimate projects using these tools, then you’re moving to the front of the line.

Your Special Skills:

Creative Conductor: You'll be the maestro, orchestrating our post-production process from start-to-finish while keeping everyone in sync. Your baton? A meticulous eye for detail and a calendar filled with color-coded magic.

Air-Traffic Controller: Every project is a plane with precious cargo, requiring precision logistics to touch down on-time. Nothing escapes your radar screen, because you estimated + scheduled all those planes in the first place.

Accountabilibuddy: So you drafted that timeline, but can you make sure we stick to it? Your elite interpersonal skills will fuel our creative team to make that ‘one last change,’ and encourage our clients to avoid putting us in that spot a second time.

Defender of Quality: Your eagle eye extends to the final output, ensuring that every piece of content not only meets client expectations + feedback, but clears the highest standards.

Client Whisperer: You dazzle clients with an authentic blend of charm + thorough focus. You’re the bridge between creative dreams and harsh realities, ensuring every client feels heard, understood, and thrilled with their end deliverables.

What Makes You The One:
A track record of phenomenal project management skills in the creative or production industry. (Post-Production background/familiarity is ideal.)

An almost supernatural ability to organize, prioritize, and keep a plethora of tasks on track.

You’re good at math. Seriously.
(Estimating hours that equal dollars + billing across multiple projects at once, you get the idea!)

Exceptional communication skills – you’re as comfortable chatting with clients as you are coordinating with creatives, it’s all about the people.

A belief in our ethos – no big egos, just big ideas, and a commitment to making every project memorable for clients + creatives.

You like dogs.
(We have office dogs, you could probably bring your own if they got along with everyone.)
